I study the market and am a local area market expert with more than 12 years real estate experience and a real estate investor.

I work the big picture for every seller, providing options and recommendations allowing you, the seller, to make the best and most informed decisions for your situation.  

I have a professional support team to assist where needed – Inspectors, Lenders, Repairmen, Title Companies, Insurance, Appraisers, Planners, County Services and Resources.

My listing approach is a two-step listing process. Step one is home pre-view and step two is the listing appointment with comparative market analysis. The Pre-view allows opportunity to evaluate home and prepare alternatives for seller, giving seller opportunity to sell “as is” or make recommended improvements to obtain top of the market value.

I provide monthly seminars and a wealth of information about the process, latest issues, and factors that buyers, sellers and investors should know in order to successfully buy and sell property.

I am active in community service including collecting food for the Manna Food Bank and Toys for Tots. I am also an active member of the Home Builders Auxiliary and a Military Relocation Professional.
